NEW EYEGLASSES + GIVEAWAY

I recently received my new glasses from Polette. I'm in love with them! I've been looking for  a clear frame with a vintage look for a few months now. Couldn't be happier when I found these :) It's a style way different from the classic Rayban's thick black frame I wore for the last three years.

L'usine a lunettes by Polette is an online eyeglasses shop where you find a large selection of glasses. They have a great variety of frames to offer, everything from classic to eccentric. Everyone can find something that will fit their personal style. There's also sunglasses and lovely accessories available on the website.

The best thing about Polette is the fact that they are the only intermediate between the factory and the customers making the prices way less expensive! Prices are lower without compromising on the quality of their product.

You can choose between correction lenses by submitting your own prescription or simply select lenses without correction to have great looking glasses to complement any outfit. Not to mention that all lenses are anti-reflective and anti scratching. We love that!!!

I ordered my eyeglasses and it took about a month to arrive. Depending of where you live, you might have to be patient, but it's worth the wait :)
The fit of the actual frame was a perfect match for me. Prior to order, I compared the measurements of my Rayban's frame to the new one I selected to be sure it would fit me well.
As for the lenses correction, I wore them a few hours at the beginning to see if they were on point and everything was perfect :) ...I was a little bit worried at first because the lenses had a slight green reflect on it, but Polette's team assured me it was normal due to the anti-reflective and anti scratching coating that was freshly added to the lenses and that it will fade out within the next few weeks.

I'm really happy with my new glasses, they are exactly what I was looking for! I love having the liberty to choose a different pair of glasses in the morning. Makes me wish I had a different pair everyday :)

Now guess what?

  9. Those are really classy glasses: very hip, yet functional at the same time. And having them coated with anti-reflectors and anti-scratch was a nice touch. Most people today are concerned about the frame style and correct lens, but often forget about “proofing” them. By the way, your glasses seem thick. Are they heavy, or are they actually very light? It would be cool if they are. Thanks for sharing!

  10. My daughter was told by her school nurse that she needed to see an eye doctor because she couldn't read the eye chart correctly. We went to Walmart of all places, and the eye doctor was kind and very professional. We got a thorough exam and two pairs of excellent glasses for a third what the other eye centers charge.
